Statement on COVID-19 Vaccination

The Dayton Playhouse encourages everyone, for their own protection and the protection of those you come in contact with, to receive vaccinations for preventable diseases, including and especially COVID-19. Broad population immunity is the surest path back to a way of life that includes live theatre - a hope we are certain we share with our volunteers.

The Dayton Playhouse is committed to ensuring a safe environment for producing live theatre. At its May 10, 2021 meeting the Board of Directors of the Dayton Playhouse adopted a policy requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination from all volunteers working on Dayton Playhouse stage productions, including cast members, production team members, musicians, and front-of-house volunteers.
